KZK-9,2P ring-tooth roller skating rink, Dnepropetrovsk region.

A distinctive feature of the rink is the use of a wedge-shaped KZK ring with a diameter of Ф460 with freely moving intermediate toothed rings KZK F470, which rotate freely on the bushings installed between the wedge rings, which significantly increases the reliability, durability and maintainability of the roller.
The working width of the grip is 10 m, the mass is 4350 kg, it is aggregated with tractors with a power of 100-110 hp.
The use of a wedge-shaped KZK F460 ring with KZK F470 toothed rings inrollers with a grip width of 9.2 m made it possible to make the rink a highly efficient unit due to:
- elimination of the effect of the "comb" of the earth due to the increase in the diameter of the working bodies;
- more dense rolling of the soil. The mass of the roller is increased by 850 kg compared to the roller KZK-9,2P-01;

Constructive changes aimed at increasing reliability and durability were implemented during the production of the rink:
- adjustment of the axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;
-strengthening of the frame in highly loaded nodes;
-increasing the stiffness of the rink construction due to stretching;
- use of quick-release connections;
- the use of an improved design of the hinged assembly of the frame.
Soil processing this roller improves the flow of moisture to the seeds, reduces its evaporation, improves the contact of seeds with the soil and accelerates their germination, which leads to the optimal appearance of seedlings and sustainable development of the crop
