Vesta 6 Profi precision seed drill, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Pneumatic precision seed drill Vesta 6 Profi is designed for precision sowing of both calibrated and non-calibrated seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, soybean, as well as seeds of fodder beans, beans, lupine, with simultaneous, separate from seeds, introduction of granular mineral fertilizers and rolling of the soil in the rows. When sowing uncalibrated seeds, the accuracy will depend on the difference in size and degree of damage to the seed material. The accuracy of the Vesta 6 Profy seeder is ensured by a new design of the seeding device with a 2-contour drive. The arrangement of the seeding device on the frame of the section allows to completely exclude the influence of various loads on the body of the device and, thus, to exclude the possibility of its breakage. The low location of the seeding device ensures high accuracy of seed distribution in the furrow. The opening, not removable cover of the seeding device simplifies maintenance. The upper and lower droppers of excess seeds make it possible to exclude "doubles" and carry out single-grain dosing of seeds. A harrow is mounted on the seeding disc on the side of the intake chamber, which prevents compaction and suspension of seeds. The valve regulates the level of seeds in the intake chamber, which prevents its overflow. Sowing discs can easily be replaced with those corresponding to the crop to be sown, the size of the seeds and the sowing rates. Grain hoppers are installed on the Vesta 6 Pro seed drill, the volume of which has been increased to 36 liters. Due to the arrangement of the axis of the support-drive wheels on the same line with the grain coulters, simultaneous copying of the field relief is achieved by both the frame and the sowing section. The sowing section is equipped with a coulter for sowing corn and sunflower seeds. The fat-seeding system makes it possible to apply mineral fertilizers away from the row with the necessary amount of displacement, which excludes the harmful effect of fats on the seeds. Accurate and easy adjustment of the sowing depth is ensured by the presence of a handle and a graduated scale. At the request of the buyer, the seeder is equipped with a transport device, which allows it to be moved on general purpose roads without the use of additional means of transport. SPUTNIK information device provides control of the parameters of the Vesta 6 Profy seed drill. Control functions – seeding rate (units/m) of each seeding section; – percentage doubles and passes of each sowing section; - uniformity of seeding of each sowing section; – distribution of seeds (% and cm.) along the row; – distribution of seeds (% and cm.) over the entire area; – the time of operation of the seeder and the sown area of the field; – unit movement speed; – results of a self-check of the state of the control system; – performing calibration, i.e. calculates and stores the percentage of slip of the drivenseeder wheels after performing the "calibration" option; – sowing results for each seeding device of the seeder over the entire field area and in total over the entire field area. Control during the seeding process makes it possible to quickly correct emerging deviations and guarantees accurate seeding.
