Composition

Indications for change
The drug is intended for the diagnosis of hidden inflamed udders and evaluation of the results of treatment of mastitis in animals.

Do not use with an expired date of validity or without marking on the bottle. In the process of storing the test system at a temperature below 10 degrees Celsius, sediment may fall out in the vials, which does not affect the quality of the test system. If there is sediment, heat the vials in a water bath and shake until the sediment is completely dissolved. Shake the bottle before use.

1) the study is carried out on milk control plates (MCP) or similar;
2) first, milk samples from milkingeach cow are tested with a 10% solution of Mastitetest-C during control milkings. To do this, add 1 cm3 of milk from the cow's milk to the depression of the plate, add 1 cm3 of 10% Mastitest-C solution and stir with a stick for 15-20 seconds. The reaction is taken into account by the degree of formation of a jelly-like clot (with an increase in the number of leukocytes) and a change in the color of the mixture (with a change in pH);
3) from cows whose milk gives a positive or questionable reaction to 10% Mastitest-C, parenchymal milk from each quarter of the udder is examined and tested with a 2% solution of Mastitest-C.
To do this, from each quarter of the udder after the end of milking, 1 ml of milk is dispensed into each recess of the plate and 1 ml of 2% Mastitest-C solution is added and mixed with a stick for 15-20 seconds, after that the reaction is taken into account as when testing Mastitest-C without dilution (10%) according to point 2;
4) accounting of the control result
milk contains somatic cells in case of a positive or doubtful reaction of milk samples with Mastitest-C 10% and with 2% Mastitest-C solution.
