Zernoochistitelnaya machine LUCH ZSO consists of air and sieve separators. The initialgrain, entering the machine through the receiving nozzle, is blown by a countercurrent flow of air, while light impurities are separated. Afterchego the grain enters the sieve drum, where it is cleaned of impurities that differ in size. The obtained fractions of cleaned grain and impurities are separately removed from the machine through the outlet pipes. Sieves are cleaned using brushes.
The air separator (aspirator) is produced in two versions: with an open air cycle and with a closed air cycle. Sieve separator (sieve drum) allows you to perform the following operations: preliminary cleaning, primary cleaning, secondary cleaning (sorting, calibration).
