Seederprecision seeding machine Vega 8 Pro semi-trailer, intended for accurate sowing of calibrated seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, soybeans, as well as seeds of forage beans, beans, lupine;
– with a two-disc coulter with their embedment in the soil;
– with simultaneous, separate from seeds, introduction of granular mineral fertilizers;
- by rolling the soil in rows.
It is also possible to sow uncalibrated seeds, but in this case the accuracy will directly depend on the difference in size and the degree of damage to the seed material.
The accuracy of sowing seeds with the Vega 8 Pro seed drill is ensured by the new design of the seeding device.
Seeding apparatus of a new design
1 The location of the seeding device on the frame of the section allows to completely exclude the influence of various loads on the body of the device and, thus, to exclude the possibility of its breakage.
2 The high location of the seeding device ensures its normal operation even in the presence of plant residues.
3 The opening, not removable cover of the seeding device simplifies maintenance.
4 The upper and lower droppers of excess seeds allow you to eliminate "doubles" and carry out single-grain dosing of seeds.
5 From the side of the intake chamber on the seeding disc, there is a harrow, which prevents compaction and suspension of seeds.
6 The valve regulates the level of seeds in the intake chamber, prevents its overflow.
7 Simple replacement of sowing disks.
Sowing section
8 The parallelogram attachment together with two supporting wheelsколесами, installed on both sides of the two-disc coulter, allow you to copy the relief of the field surface.
9 The maximum combination of the point of dropping the seeds into the sowing bed and the point of support of the side wheels allows you to maintain the specified depth of seeding, which ensures the uniformity of seedlings and increases the yield.
10 The presence of a clod drain section in the design makes it possible to free the passage line of the disc coulter from clods and plant residues.
11 V-shaped rolling wheelswheels press the seeds to the seed bed, which contributes to earlier and uniform germination.
12 Three springs are provided for pressing the section to the soil, removing or wearing them, which can be used to change the pressing force. Each of the springs corresponds to a force of 50 kg. With a hopper fully loaded with corn seeds, and taking into account the weight of the section itself, the maximum pressure on the soil can reach 280 kg.
13 When sowing directly on the stubble, instead of a clod remover, it is possible to install a coulter (slotted disk), which is an additional option.
Accurate and easy adjustment of the sowing depth is ensured by the presence of a handle and a graduated scale.
Side support wheels are mounted on a balancer, which allows each wheel to move independently of the other and overcome obstacles up to 50 mm high without reducing the seeding depth.
Seeds are placed in a wet layer in a compacted bed.
Cast rolling wheels have pressure and rolling width adjustment.
The seeder is equipped with a centrifugal fan driven by the tractor PTO at 540 rpm.
For guaranteed retention of heavy leguminous seeds (soy, etc.) on the holes of the seeding discs, the fan of the seeder is equipped with an additional air duct. There is a flap on the fan to regulate the vacuum of the air flow.
To create the same vacuum in all seeding devices and eliminate air flow pulsations, a 60x60 mm pipe is used in the design of the seeder, which acts as a receiver.
The fan is equipped with an overrunning clutch that protects the belt transmission from excessive wear.
Control of sowing parameters is provided by the "FACT" information device installed on the seeder:
- seed rate;
- movement speed of the seeder;
- percentage of doubles;(//tractor-service.com)
- distribution of seeds along the row;
- percentage of passes.
Control during the seeding process makes it possible to quickly correct emerging deviations and guarantees accurate seeding.
The chain mechanism for switching gears of seed seeding devices has 15 transmission ratios.
The gear mechanism for switching gears on fat-screening devices has 12 transmission ratios.
