Cap. Almost all white or cream, smooth, bare, silky, turns yellow when pressed. At first it is ovoid, later it is convex, at maturity it is flat, with a diameter of 5-15 cm. The plates are grayish-whitish at first, later they are grayish-brown, when they are mature they are dark brown to black-brown, 0.8-1.2 cm wide, frequent, the legs are free.

Leg. Cylindrical, thickened to the base, 6-5 cm long and 1-2.5 cm thick, in young mushrooms it is solid, then with a narrow cavity, it is easily separated from the cap, smooth, bare, completely white, turns yellow when pressed. In the upper third, a large raised circle.

Flesh. Soft and dense, at first pure white, in mature mushrooms yellowish. The taste is ordinary, the smell is aniseed.
