Frame Welded, spatial construction, made of longitudinal and transverse beams of square section. In the transverse beams in two rows, holes are made for mounting discs. Brackets for fastening the traction axle are welded to the front transverse beam, and brackets for installing screws and rollers are welded to the rear.
Working bodies. Spherical cutoutdiscs with a diameter of 650 mm and a distance between them in a row of 350 mm. Each disk is mounted on an axle with a pressed bearing. Two cuffs are installed to seal the bearings. In addition, a cover and a disc are installed to prevent direct ingress of soil and abrasive particles into the cuff area.
Support rink. The grip width is 380 mm in diameter. Ribbed skating rink, assembled from discs and triangles welded to them. The roller shaft is mounted on hinged bearings. The device consists of a traction axle, which is installed in the lower links of the tractor hitch, brackets on the frame with special sockets for fixing the traction axle, as well as a bracket for fixing the central screw of the tractor hitch.
Mechanism of technological process regulation. The processing depth is regulated by screw ties that hinge the frame with theroller, by changing their length and changing the position of the support roller relative to the frame. The angle of attack of the working discs is regulated using a flange with holes and a locking nut. The uniform deepening of the first and second row of disks is regulated by the central thrust of the spring of the energy device.
