WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The fan injects a flow of air from the environment into the chamber. The air stream is heated by passing through the burner.

Grain enters the upper hopper, and the auger located there gradually fills the columns. The columns form a jacket around the mine, on which hot air is forced. When all columns are fully loaded, the grain loading auger automatically turns off.

The inner and outer walls of the columns are made in the form of sieves with appropriate perforation, which allows for efficient blowing of the grain layer, maintaining the temperature set by the operator.

In the lower part of the dryer there are dosing rollers, the speed of rotation of which regulates the time the grain stays in the columns. This is what ensures certain drying modes. Dosing rollers feed the dried grain to the lower discharge auger, which transports the grain to the transport systems for further feeding into transport or storage.
