Pedestrian / protective sheets for PVC systems of flat roofs
Sikaplan® Walkway-20 is a protective sheet made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) containing UV stabilizers and fire retardants. They are installed on a flat membrane roof without ballast as walkways and passages for operating the roof.

- Preparation of the membrane:
Remove any loose debris, clean the PVC roof waterproofing membrane and allow to dry before laying Sikaplan® Walkway-20.
Placing the membrane:
Unroll the roll of Sikaplan® Walkway-20, cut to the design length and allow to level before laying in the design position. Leave a gap of about 2 cm between the two sections to ensure water drainage. Sikaplan® Walkway-20 is laid directly on the Sikaplan® waterproofing roofing membrane and welded with hot air.
