Are you looking for a reliable sprocket for ZM-90 so that it does not stand still during the harvesting season?
Wear of the feeder chain and vibration of the gearbox is a common problem during intensive operation of the grain loader. A low-quality sprocket quickly "slips" the teeth, which leads to a loss of time and expensive repairs. We present to you an original capacious part that will ensure a tight grip and a long service life of your equipment.

Detailed description of the product:
Sprocket Z-7 (7 teeth) D-25 is a highly loaded part of the feeder gearbox of the ZM-90 grain loader. It is a cast iron with an elongated hub, which increases resistance to loads. Teeth (Z-7) with a chain pitch of t-38 mm are cut on the crown of the sprocket. The landing hole is bored under the shaft ⌀25 mm, equipped with a keyway and an additional hole for axial fixation. This sprocket is installed on the output shaft of the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing, which is included in the ZP 02.300 cover assembly of the ZM-90 grain loader manufactured by the Mochalin Agro Orekhovsky plant. The part is used to transmit the rotational movement of the chain of the feeder (the conveyor chain of the loading ZP 02.090).

Catalog number: ZS 1041 (similar to catalog number ZM-90).
