Part type: The TSN-160A conveyor (repair kit) is a set of parts for the repair of the TSN-160A scraper type chain conveyor (manure removal). This is the main part of the equipment responsible for the movement of the chain and fastening elements.

Metal scrapers: Made of high-quality corner profile 50×50 mm. They are welded or attached to the chain links.

Brackets and fasteners: Rolled steel (similar to St3) with a protective coating so that corrosion does not increase the cost of your repairs in the future.

Technical characteristics and reliability
In our TSN-160A conveyors, we use a chain made of hardened calibrated bar (diameter 14*80 mm, steel grade 23G2A, hardness 30 HRC). This ensures a lower risk of rupture compared to its counterparts. The tensile strength reaches 24 tons! This is the 8th strength class.

Design features:

Option 1 (Floating fixing) : The scrapers are fixed at the top or bottom of the chain by one bolt through a spacer sleeve (conveyor feed).

Option 2 (Hard fixation): The scrapers are attached to the bracket with two bolts (transporter feeder TSN.160A).
