If your old conveyor "tears the chain", "the scrapers do not reach" or the axles are worn out, do not rush to buy an expensive new conveyor. Our Inclined Chain L-13.6m is an investment in the reliability of your farm with minimal costs.

Catalog number: TSN-3B/КСГ-3B. The product is manufactured in accordance with TU U 28.3-40253905-001:2018, which strictly meets the standards of GOST/DSTU. This guarantees full compatibility with the nodes of the Transporter TSN-3B.

What is this repair kit for?
This is not just a chain, but an assembly kit that includes plates, axles (fingers), brackets and scrapers. It serves to replace the worn part of the inclined (unloading) conveyor. Restoration of the traction circuit with this kit allows:

Return the previous performance of the manure removal system.

Avoid farm downtime and expensive drive repairs.

Ensure smooth and powerful movement of manure along the inclined channel.

Design features and specification (GOST, TU):
When choosing an inclined L-13.6m chain, it is important to understand that the cost depends on the quality of the metal. We use enhanced enforcement:

Chain plates: Made from a hot-rolled strip of grade 5ps steel (increased carbon content for rigidity).

Axle / pin (ТСН.00.611): Made of grade 45 steel with heat treatment. This doubles the life cycle of the circuit compared to raw analogues.

Scraper (ТСН.00.755): From a hot-rolled corner of 50x50 mm with a wall thickness of 4 mm - withstands high loads.(//tractor-service.com)

Drive Sprocket (ТСН.00.144): Also available in 25mm steel if required.

The kit (repair kit for inclined chain) includes analogues of catalog numbers:
