Tired of cooking and fixing the transporter every month? Get reliable work without emergency stops!
The stoppage of the manure removal conveyor is not just an unpleasant smell. This is the risk of animal diseases, fines from the environmental service and crazy costs for emergency repairs. The biggest pain of a farmer is when "cheap" spare parts fly away in a month, and you have to spend the budget again on unplanned work.

We offer a radically different solution: to buy a TSN-3B (horizontal) scraper manure removal conveyor directly from the manufacturer. This is not just a set of metal, but a guarantee that your system will work without failure for years.

Our horizontal scraper manure removal transporter (repair kit No. 10, L-160m) TSN-3B/KSG-3B is a complete kit for restoring the traction circuit. Itscomposition includes all the necessary elements: plates, axles, brackets and scrapers. This is the "heart" of your farm, which ensures the reliable movement of manure through channels.

Plates of the chain are made from a hot-rolled strip of grade 5ps steel (with increased carbon content).

The axles are made of grade 45 steel and undergo heat treatment. This is critical: the hardened axle lasts many times longer, preventing the chain from breaking.

The scrapers are made from a hot-rolled corner 4 mm thick (shelf 50x50 mm), which guarantees rigidity and effective mass capture.

The sprockets are cut from sheet steel 25 mm thick, which ensures their wear resistance even during round-the-clock operation.
