The ready-to-install assembly unit includes a traction chain equipped with scrapers and is designed to replace a worn circuit during the repair of the manure removal system on cattle farms, pig farms, and poultry houses.

Description and construction:
Transporter TSN-2B | L-13.6m unloading chain is a set consisting of stamped and forged elements assembled into a single structure 13.6 meters long. This node is responsible for the transportation of manure along the inclined channel outside the premises. When choosing, it is important to consider the type of execution (standard or reinforced, with increased metal thickness). The use of original components guarantees stable tension and prevents the chain from sagging during operation.

Why change the chain? (Pain point)
Stopping the conveyor due to a broken old chain or worn scrapers is a waste of time and money. Do-it-yourself repair using non-original spare parts often leads to misalignment and failure of the drive. Ready-made L-13.6m unloading chain solves this problem: you get a factory assembly, balanced and ready for installation. This allows you to restore the work of manure removal in a few hours, not days.
