XPE Ecobit mastic GOST 30693-2000 (DSTU B V.2.7-108-2001) liquid resin is a solution of a resin mixture based on chlorosulfopolyethylene in toluene or solvent. XPE mastic is intended as an alkali-resistant and weather-resistant material for the installation of roofing carpets of various shapes. XPE mastic is produced in black. However, it can be made in other colors upon agreement with the manufacturer.

Roofing mastic chlorosulfopolyethylene HSPE Ecobit is a solution of a rubber mixture based on chlorosulfopolyethylene in toluene or a solvent. KhSPE mastic is intended as an alkali-resistant and weather-resistant material for the installation of roofing carpets on roofs of various shapes and regardless of their slopes. KhSPE mastic is produced in black. However, upon agreement with the manufacturer, it can be made in other colors as well.

KhSPE mastic can be used in regions with an average monthly air temperature of up to -30°C and a minimum of -50°C.

Mastic is stored in containers with airtight lids.

Before use, the mastic is heated with steam to a liquid state. When its temperature reaches 40—50° C, heating is stopped.

Mastic is prepared by combining bitumen with polymers and mixing with other components in rotary turbulent or two-chamber grinding mixers. Mastic can be applied at temperatures from -40 to +40° C. Its durability is 2.5 times longer than that of hot bituminous mastics, water absorption is almost 70 times less, elasticity at 25° C is 4 times higher, and adhesion to concrete is 8 times higher than that of hot bituminous mastics.

The coating can be reinforced with chopped fiberglass, which is achieved by simultaneous spraying of mastic and fiberglass with a spray gun.
