Working principle:
Specially designed brushes for delicate cleaning allow you to avoid damage to vegetables, fruits, berries and other products during the cleaning and washing process. The raw material moves forward along the brushes, constantly rotating, water is sprayed from above through nozzles under pressure, thus the product is delicately cleaned of dirt anddust. The used water passes through the filtration system and is reused, which makes it possible to significantly reduce its consumption. After washing under the nozzles, the product is exposed to shafts with soft brushes. The combination of upper and lower shafts with brushes of different degrees of hardness ensures maximum cleaning of the product even in hard-to-reach places. After washing and cleaning, the product is sent through the exit compartment to the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.
