This line consists of a system of equipment necessary for: slaughtering, bleeding, cutting, gutting and preliminary cooling of poultry. Similar equipment is successfully used in poultry farms, farms, poultry farms.
The line allows you to carry out: electric stunning of the bird, exsanguination of the bird carcass, burning of the bird in a heat treatment bath, removal of the feather, butchering of the bird and cooling to the specified temperature.
