We also offer a complete air precooling system for quick cooling of berries produced by the company "MAS Systems".
The use of this equipment in refrigerating chambers allows you to quickly bring down the temperature of the products after collection (reduce the speed
flow of physical and chemical processes occurring in fruit cells), and reduce the cooling time several times, while increasing the shelf life of fresh products.
Cooling time: blueberries (50-70 min.); strawberry (60-100 min.); cherry (80-120 min); *from practice, depending on the initial temperature and caliber of products. Production/delivery time: 2-3 weeks.
