The innovative product is manufactured using the technology of controlled aerobic fermentation of organic agricultural waste. During production, the process of biomass fermentation takes place in special chambers, which is unique from the point of view of agrochemistry, because it allows you to preserve as much as possible all the useful elements of the input raw materials, transforming them into more accessible forms for plants, while at the same time sterilizing the biomass from weed seeds and harmful microflora.
The resulting semi-product is granulated on special equipment, which allows not only to reduce the loss of natural useful substances during production, but also to additionally enrich it with additional micro- and macroelements, humate, bentonite - according to the needs of a specific customer! The output is granulated organic fertilizer based on chicken compost with the following characteristics: ø 0.75 – 1.5 mm and ø2-5 mm, humidity 10-15%, water pH 6.0-7.0
The content of absolutely dry matter: organic matter 55-65%, total. nitrogen 2.5-5.0%, phosphorus (P2O5) 2.0-4.0%, potassium (K2O) 2.0-5.0%, calcium (CaO) 2.0-5.0%, sulfur (SO3) 1.5-5.0% magnesium (MgO) 1.5-4.0%
The mainpurpose of fertilizer is to prevent soil degradation, increase their microbiological activity, reduce the loss of useful elements due to leaching, increase the content of organic matter, make the soil an optimal environment for the growth of all agricultural crops.
The biggest advantage of the fertilizer is its 100% organic component! It is thanks to the organic components that the earth reproduces its humus layer, and the useful bacteria in the soil activate their activity, entering into a symbiosis with plants.
