The principle of operation:
The machine has an input hopper to load the product. The product enters a rotating screw, which presses the product against the walls and thus squeezes the liquid from the cake as much as possible. The juice (liquid) comes out through one hole, the pulp of the product ( cake=) comes out through the other. Thus, you can squeeze the juice from the product as much as possible and get dehydrated dry pulp at the exit.
