The STvega HFS 280 machine is designed for delicate cutting of fresh fish with a slice at an angle. This machine is ideal for slicing fresh fish thanks to the movable sharp blades set at a certain angle. The cutting angle of the product and the width of the cutting blades are set at the factory before production according to the customer's specifications, and cannot be changed afterwards.

Principle of operation:
The product intended for slicing is installed by the operator on the feeding platform in the receiving compartment with the help of a special spatula. Then the operator, by pressing a button on the remote control unit, starts the machine, the feeding platform moves the product at a certain angle upwards into the cutting area. The product on the platform passes through the moving cutting blades and is cut at an angle into slices of given sizes. The sliced product is pulled from the platform by the operator using a special spatula and enters the container for finished products or the next stage of the technological process.
