Principle of operation:
Garlic is loaded into the hopper of the separator. The head of garlic, falling into the gap between the rotating rubber rollers, is divided into cloves. The pressure of the rollers on the product is adjustable, which makes it possible to process the product of different calibers without mechanical damage, ensuring high productivity. Separated garlic enters the container for finished products through the exit compartment.
