The principle of operation:
The product is laid by the operator on the pallets, which in turn are mounted in drying racks. The racks with the product are directed to the drying cabinet. The drying process is due to the uniform distribution of the heated to the desired air temperature inside the drying chamber. Air circulation is provided by a heat -resistant fan. After completion of the drying process, the rack with the product is rolled out of the drying cabinet, the dried product enters the pre -prepared container or the next stage of the technological process.
