Spraying the worn area under the steering knuckle bearing 669424 / 769637 Claas Lexion, Rivne region.

Restoration of the worn place under the bearing of the left trunnion 669424 / 769637 (rotary fist) of the grain harvesterClaas combine harvester Lexion spraying method:

– we make a turning underestimation of the diameter before applying the coating;

– protection of the surface that does not need to be restored;

– gas plasma spraying of the rotary fist;

– cooling the part together with the machine, without removing it, without reducing the revolutions, so as not to provoke deformation in one direction or another;

– repeated application of subsequent layers to the required diameter;(//tractor-service.com)

- mechanical processing to final size.

Spraying has high hardness, density, and corrosion resistance of the surface, which will ensure long-term operation of the restored parts.

We also provideservices:

- restoration of geometric dimensions of various parts and aggregates by surfacing method (boring and surfacing with hard alloys of worn surfaces, planes, holes);

– spraying the worn place under the bushings;

- restoration of the working surfaces of oil seals.
