The crusher consists of one or two rotating rotors. The chopper rotor consists of steeldisks, on which steel plates of different sizes and spacing between them are fixed behind concentric circles. The spaces between the steel rows of plates of one rotor are included in the rotor of the other. The material for grinding is fed through the loading hole.
Ourcrushers operate with a rotor speed of 3000 rpm. and above.
The supply of raw materials to the mill from the loading hopper is regulated by a frequency regulator.
Productivity and the size of the fraction at the exit depends on the design of the rotor, uniformity of supply, humidity and homogeneity of the fraction of raw materials, number of revolutions of the rotor.
Unloading of the crushed product takes place through a cyclone with installed aspiration and exit of the crushed raw material through a sluice feeder.
Requirements for raw materials: hardness on the Mohs scale up to 5-6 units, particle size slightly more than 10-20 mm, moisture content 2-8%.
