- The pasteurization process is controlled by a PLC, which regulates the temperature of the heating water, the speed of thepump product and ensures a small deviation of the output temperature.
- The system prevents product release at a lower set temperature.
- The touch panel allows easy control of the pasteurization process, as well as quick and easy cleaning after use with the cleaning program.
- All components are placed on a stainless steel frame mounted on swivelwheels.
- The juice passes through a spiral tube that is surrounded by hot water.
- The coil of the heat exchanger in the boiler is completely made of stainless steel.
