Description

The brush washing machine is used in the sorting line as the second stage of washing vegetables, fruits, mushrooms or nuts. This allows you to achieve an excellent result and completely get rid of small garbage, dirt, insects and other unwanted contamination of raw materials.

Brushes carefully clean any product, regardless of its dimensions and relief. Next, the raw material is re-processed by the pressure of water flowing into a separate tray. Washed fruits and vegetables go to theinspection table, to the machine or immediately to the tray for collecting raw materials.

This equipment is equipped with a system for protecting thepump from idling, a system for regulating the speed of washing the product, and means of water recirculation, which significantly saves water consumption.
