Recently, near Boston, I caught up with a Chrysler SUV - Jeep Liberty. I didn't read it right away, instead of the standard spare parts cover, he has a custom one, the inscription is slightly changed: Jeep Lubertsy. The car also has a personalized Massachusetts license plate: CYK BPOT. I don't know how this guy from Lyubertsy has it, but in some other state, the guy was forced to change it.
