MECHANISM OF ACTION:
The mechanism of action of the drug consists in inhibiting the processes of seed germination and suppressing cellular respiration in the roots of plants. Being localized in the upper layer of the soil, the drug is absorbed by sprouts and roots of germinating weeds. As a result, protein synthesis stops in sensitive plants and they die even before they reach the surface of the soil.

THE DRUG DOES NOT EFFECT ON WEEDS THAT HAVE GROWN.

PERIOD OF PROCESSING AND FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION:
Before or after sowing the crop, but no later than 3-4 days before the emergence of seedlings. In order to obtain high efficiency of the drug, the necessary conditions are: an even surface of the field with a fine-lumpy soil structure, a sufficient amount of soil moisture reserves, and an even distribution of the working solution of the drug in the soil. In arid conditions, it is recommended to wrap the herbicide in the soil to a depth of 2-3 cm. A mandatory condition for effective work is the absence of crop residues on the surface of the field.

Depending on the mechanical composition of the soil and the content of humus, the application rate of the drug can vary: from the minimum - on light low-humus soils, to the maximum - on heavy loamy soils with an increased content of humus (see rates of consumption of the drug, depending on the type of soil). The air temperature during application should be within +10°С...+25°С. With low average daily air temperatures and excessive soil moisture, the phytotoxic effect of the drug on cultivated plants is possible.

CONSUMPTION OF WORKING FLUID:
The recommended consumption rate of working fluid is 250-400 l/ha.
EXPIRY DATE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Three years in closed factory packaging at a temperature from 0°С to +35°С.

SIDE MIXTURES:

Compatible with other soil herbicides, except alkaline, but a compatibility test should be carried out in each individual case. To increase the spectrum of action on sunflower crops, it is possible to use the drug SOFIT, and if the field is clogged with overgrown weeds, use the herbicide GEFEST.

ACTION SPEED:
The drug begins to act immediately after administration. The period of protective action, depending on soil and climatic conditions, lasts from 4 to 8 weeks.
