What is this plant useful for? Mankind has been familiar with it for more than 2,000 years (bottom grass, sedge, sweet clover). Avicenna and Paracelsus mention the plant in their ancient recipes. Official medicine has created a lot of drugs based on burkun. The active components of burkunum thin the blood well - this is relevant for those who want to improve the situation with thick blood. For people over 35 and those with a sedentary lifestyle, this plant will be a good helper in the fight against and prevention of varicose veins. Burkun makes blood vessels elastic, and blood does not stagnate in the lower extremities (dicumarol component is an anticoagulant). Usually, for these purposes, it is brewed with flowerschestnut or with sophora. Burkun effectively thins the blood and removes phlegm. Phytotherapist Natalya Zemna recommends burkun to those who are treated for a long time from cough. Burdock teas and infusions should be taken to improve blood circulation and strengthen vessel walls. Burkunum flowers have the perfect aroma of summer, because they smell like dry hay with notes of vanilla thanks to the "coumarin" component.(//tractor-service.com)

You can buy burkun from herbalists, but you can rarely find ready-made dry grass in a pharmacy or in an online store. Because, first of all, this culture is not easy to collect, because it does not grow everywhere. Secondly, many other flowers are similar to burkun, but inexperienced collectors of medicinal raw materials do not have complete confidence in this regard. So why not plant burkun seeds in your garden, in a small garden or on a flower bed, if it is located in an ecological area. Donnik does not need frequent watering and is not afraid of heat.

Burkun's flowers have the appearance of more often hanging inflorescences, similar in shape to a spike-basket. And the shape of the leaves is almost like a clover. Beekeepers are familiar with the grunt as a wonderful honey bee. Blooms 2 months after the first sprouts appear. Honey from burkun (coniferous honey) often has a white color after it has reached the winter, and when fresh, it is still light amber and translucent. Beetroot honey has healing properties, as do decoctions of dry matter. It is recommended for people with frequent headaches. As a siderate, burkun is also used by many farmers. Perfectly loosens the soil, preventing the accumulation of moisture, increasing air permeability to the root system of vegetable crops. With summer sowing, flowering will last until the very frosts. Seeds are well stored for a long time - more than 10 years. Therefore, it can be successfully planted before winter. Plant seeds to a depth of 1-2.5 cm.
