Composition: Flakes: wheat - 25%, barley - 20%, rye - 20%, oat - 20%, buckwheat - 5%, corn - 5%, millet - 5%. Withoutadditives and preservatives. The product contains gluten. Does not contain GMOs.

Method of preparation: pour boiling water (boiling milk or broth) over the flakes in a ratio of 1:1.5 (1.5 cups of liquid per 1 cup of flakes). Cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Add salt,sugar andspices to taste.
