Котель a cooking pot is a piece of equipment whose function is to heat and maintain the high temperature of the contents necessary for boiling and cooking. It is made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel, which allows you to quickly achieve the desired temperature of the contents and obtain a high-quality product. Outside, the boiler is thermally insulated and lined.
The boiler consists of a tank with an air layer between the outer and inner walls of the mixer. Between the two containers isheated oil, which prevents the product from burning or sticking to the inner cooking surface (principle of action of a water bath). Inside there is a working blade with fluoroplastic scrapers.(//tractor-service.com)
Extraction of the finished product is easily carried out with the help of a mechanism that overturns the tank. In addition, a protective grid may be provided in order to observe safety techniques.
The operation of the mixer and the temperature modes are controlled automatically with the help of an electronic device installed in the control and automation electrical panel.
Thanks to its working qualities, our boiler is a necessary equipment for modern pastry shops, cafes, restaurants.
