I will sell drawings of long-burning pyrolysis (gas generator) boilers, Odessa region.

Communal heating services are increasing every quarter in the price The cost of a cubic meter of gas or a ton of coal also increases every year.

There is an alternative to standard types of heating for private homes, cottages or production sites — these are long-burning solid fuel boilers with high efficiency.

If you have elementary welding skills and work with metal, then it is quite possible to assemble a pyrolysis boiler with your own hands at home. You can also put this idea on stream and create your own business for the production of this equipment. The cost of ready-made boilers of this type, from manufacturers, ranges from 900 to 3,000 US dollars, depending on the capacity.

In this set, drawings of seven pyrolysis boilers of different capacities (15, 25, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100 kW) are presented in electronic form.

The boilers work and are regulated through automation, fuel loading 2 times per 24 hours. These boilers work on solidfuel (briquettes, coal, wood, rubber, etc.) and are close to heatinggas. Compared to steam or furnace heating, the heat transfer and economy of these boilers are several times higher.
