The system of automatic liquid regulation (CARR) is designed to determine the actual mass of seeds, which is fed by a dispenser into the pickling chamber, and to automatically correct and dose the corresponding amount of working fluid. In the process of etching, the system maintains the necessary proportion of seeds and liquid. SARR - How does it work? For the correct and accurate work of the CARR, it is necessary to correctly calibrate the performance of the etchant. The procedure consists of several stages:

In the control panel, press TEST SARR, after which the loading of seeds into the hopper begins. In the settings, manually enter the parameters - RATE - the desired rate of flow of working fluid in one minute, CONSUMPTION - the amount of working fluid that should be spent on one ton of grain. BUNKER MASS - grain weight, which we experimentally determined by weighing the seed mass between the upper and lower sensor.весах.

The indicators set by the operator and the indicators checked and set by the automatic liquid regulation system (ARR) may differ due to the influence of such factors as the humidity of the seeds, their contamination, grade, etc.

To check the performance indicator, it is necessary to fill the seed hopper v to the top of the sensor and press the CHECK button on the control panel and immediately close the valve. The verification process starts automatically. After the completion of performance measurements, SARP automatically adjusts the flow rate of the working fluid to ensure the accuracy, optimality and economy of the etchant consumption.

After the inspection process, the flap must be opened.

It was developed taking into account the wishes of agricultural producers in order to provide the PK-20 "Super" type machine with additional options and parameters.

Features of the design: an increased volume of the tank for working fluids, a significantly increased height of unloading of pickled seeds, a modified drive, improved stability, an installed mechanism for lifting the unloading auger and the ability to turn it by 180 °, modern executive elements of the control panel. It is equipped with a peristalticpump-doser for supplying working fluid NP-02.
