A stand for checking and adjusting the high-pressure fuel pump is required for repairs. In the process of defect detection, an external inspection of the parts of the injection pump is carried out, if subsequent repairs are necessary, we restore the plunger pairs by the chrome plating method. Further, oil seals, repair kits are replaced, and injection valves are repaired if they are repairable. After this, the Balkankar fuel injection pump is adjusted on the stand according to the test plan.
