Plasticizer for concrete C-3 — superplasticizer c3 with combined antifreeze and accelerating action. The additive is intended for the production of concrete works in conditions of reduced and negative temperatures, to prevent freezing of the mobile concrete mixture before the start of heat treatment, as well as for highly mobile concrete mixtures, when erecting monolithic structures in the warm season.

Scope:

production of highly mobile commercial concrete under normal conditions and under conditions of reduced temperatures (up to -10ºС);
high-class concrete, bridge and road concrete;
products and structures with increased characteristics of waterproofness, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.;
products in maintenance conditions.
Action:

Plasticizer for concrete C-3 allows:

to increase the mobility of the concrete mixture from P1 to P5;
to ensure the growth of early strength at temperatures up to -10°C;
increase the strength of concrete by 15-20% with the same amount of cement;
reduce the water consumption of the concrete mixture by 10-20%;

to reduce the consumption of cement at the same strength with no additional;
reduce water consumption and delamination of the concrete/mortar mixture;
reduce the maintenance parameters.

The additive is dosed in the amount of 0.5-2.5% of the weight of the cement on a dry matter basis, is introduced with the mixing water and is calculated according to the formula:

Plasticizer for concrete C-3 is supplied in bags of 25 kg.

Plasticizer for concrete C-3R is produced in the form of a ready-to-use powder solution. To make a solution of additives from powder, it is necessary to dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:2 (powder: water) and mix well. Allow the solution to settle for a day and mix again.

The resulting aqueous solution should have a density of 1.2-1.22 g/cm³.
