To install and adjust the DHV rollers, you need:

clean the seating surfaces in the flange and rollers, make sure there are no foreign objects in the open lubrication channels.
install the rollers in the flange in such a way that the eccentric of the left roller is directed upwards, and the eccentric of the right roller is directed downwards,(//tractor-service.com)
Install the front support plate with scrapers, securing it with a nut. With the key installed on the axis of the roller in the protrusion of the lever, bring the rollers to the inner surface of the matrix in the direction of the arrow on the lever. Adjust the rollers by turning lever 1 with the help of screw 2 until the rollers come into contact with the matrix.

The rollers are considered to be adjusted if, when the matrix is rotated, the rollers rotate due to slight contact with the inner surface of the matrix.

If there is a bump on the inner surface of the matrix, the pressing rollers must come into contact with the surface of the smallest diameter.

After installing the rollers in the required position, fix them by pressing levers 1 with bolts 2 from both sides.
