Cold and first-pressed vegetable oils. – A unique product on the Ukrainian market! The pressing process takes place on German equipment, which was developed by the naturopath Kai Kühnel, who also invented the enzyme-saving method of producing oils from various raw butternut crops. The press is equipped with a cooling system, and during grinding and pressing, the temperature of the oil does not exceed 38-40°C. This method allows you to preserve the maximum amount of useful substances in Ecolia oil. We pour it into dark glass bottles with dispensers, tightly screw the lids with seals.
Natural urbechi, ground on stone mills, pastes. – Natural materials involved in the grinding process have a positive effect on the quality of the final product. The long-term process at low speeds does not heat the raw material and leaves the maximum amount of trace elements in it. At the Ekolia production, we pack urbech into glass jars with a tight lid. Pastes - urbech with the addition of other natural products, for example: honey, carob.
Useful fiber andflour. - After pressing the oil, the fiber remains, we grind it and pack it in hermetic bags. We make flour from some types of fiber by longer grinding.(//tractor-service.com)
Clean seeds of the last harvest. - Before buying raw materials for pressing oil and making urbechei, we test a trial batch. The initial inspection of seeds or nuts is carried out, the presence or absence of debris (small branches, leaves, shells and other vegetation) is recorded, the taste properties of raw materials, moisture content, and the presence of mold or insects are checked. If there are no undesirable factors, a test squeeze of the oil is carried out. This is how we see the percentage of oil content in the tested culture and decide whether the whole batch is suitable for purchase.
"Live" concentrate cocktails and concentrate sauces. – Products of Ecolia's own development and production. There are pasty and dry cocktails. All you have to do is add water, honey orsugar to taste, beat for a few seconds with a blender. Then enjoy the taste and saturate the body with useful trace elements. The same withsauces - add a little water to the concentrate or dry mixture, beat with a blender and let it infuse. Ecoliya products are ready to use.
