The installation is intended for the production of packages and other products of curved shape (any configuration), from polymer film materials, in a semi-automatic mode.

Description of work

The roll film material is installed on the roll holder and stretched through the guide rollers to the work table of the installation. Using positioners, the film is placed on the desktop.

By pressing a button, the operator lowers the clamping traverse onto the work table with the film material. When the plate is pressed against the surface of the work table, pulse heating of the tool is automatically switched on, according to the sealing parameters set on the control unit. At the end of the sealing process, the pulsed heating of the curvilinear cutting tool is turned on, forming a closed "trim seam" around the perimeter of the entire product. At the end of the cycle, a sound and light signal is given on the installation unit.

After pressing the button, the pressure plate rises and turns at an angle, freeing access to the surface of the desktop. The operator removes the finished product and film, stretches the film from the roll to the table to repeat the process.
