This screw dispenser is intended for packaging and dosing bulk materials (grain, flour, etc.) into bags (from 5 to 50 kg in weight)

The dispenser is a screw feeder, which is mounted on the frame at an angle of up to 50 degrees. A small hopper with a gate valve is attached to the place where the feeder is loaded. The feeder unloading place is equipped with a bag clamp installed on the frame through weight control sensors. The dosing process is controlled by software.

During operation, we fasten the bag on the device and press the "START" button, the dispenser starts at maximum speed and starts unloading material from the hopper or side. Having filled the bag with the product to 80...90% of the packaged (set) mass, the software automatically reduces the revolutions of the dispenser with the help of a frequency converter to achieve more accurate dosing. Having filled the bag with the required mass of the product to 100%, the software gives the command "STOP" and the dispenser stops. We remove the bag. To continue the work again, it is necessary to attach a new bag and press the "START" button.
