LLC "NPP Service Pak". The TITAN automatic packing and packing machine with an electronic weighing tape dispenser is used for packing soil, peat,fertilized, earth. This equipment is equipped with a pneumatic drive and is equipped with Italian CAMOZZI pneumatics, this equipment is also equipped with liquid cooling of the sealing knives, which guarantees excellent sealing seams of the package. The basic equipment includes a photo sensor and an encoder for stretching the film both along the photo mark and along the specified length. Double stretching of the film is possible, while the length of the package is limited by the height of the machine.
The machine is intended for work with any heat-sealed films (PP, duplicated, PE). At the output, a three-seam package is formed. A special sealing unit with air cooling is installed for PE films. Available options: flat one and slotted handle. The width of the film is selected individually.
The control unit has a display with a Russian-language menu, allows you to save up to 99 programs for various operating modes, change the operating parameters of the equipment, the main parameters are displayed on the screen. On our machines, we use software of our own development, individual modification is also possible. One trained operator is enough to work on the equipment.
