Cold Table for candy masses, Kharkiv region.

Mine-cold table, developed by specialists of the "PRG" company, made of stainless steel. The tabletop is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 8 mm to ensure uniform cooling of the batch of candies and maximum heat dissipation.
Side bars with a thickness of 20 mm go around the entire perimeter of the table so that the candy mass does not cross the edges. The central movable bar can be adjusted up and down the table to provide a smaller cooling area, or allow you to create two smaller areas to simultaneously cool two batches.
The table top is cooled by water, and both ends have inlet and outlet nozzles for water. The dimensions of the table are 1000 mm x 500 mm.
