Producer "NPP Service Pak". Caramelizer-Pralinator (KM-02) is intended for caramelizingwalnut kernels,hazelnuts, almonds,peanuts, seeds, pistachios. On average, 2.5-3.5 kg of walnuts are caramelized per cycle. The duration of the cycle is no more than 20 minutes (depending on the product, the type of caramel and the recipe). Before pouring the product into the bowl of the equipment, you need to prepare caramel or add already prepared caramel and wait until it covers the entire surface of the bowl. After that, you can add walnuts. The set of equipment includes a thermal cover to maintain the temperature inside the bowl. After cooking, the bowl with the finished product is turned into a manual bowl with the help of a lever, and the product is taken out with a spatula or spoon onto a receiving table or other prepared surface for cooling and further packaging.
