The MP-650 grilling mass cutting machine is designed for transverse and longitudinal cutting of mass with disc knives. This model of the machine allows you to cut different masses: grilled, toffee, whipped, etc. Layers of calibrated mass are laid out on kapralon (plywood) trays, then the mass is fed to the cutting mechanism, where longitudinal and transverse cutting takes place. The geometric dimensions of the cutting are pre-set by the customer. This model is easy to operate and repair, and also occupies a small area. Additionally, at the request of the customer, the machine is equipped with shafts with replaceable knives as a set (corresponding to the sizes of the candy blanks).
