As a conveying element in systems of flexible screw conveyors, an axisless spiral made of structural spring-spring steel is used.

The material of the outer hose is transparent polyurethane (PU), reinforced with a shock-resistant PVC spiral. Operating temperature: from – 40°С to + 90°С (briefly up to +125°С).

The flexible polyurethane hose is non-toxic and has a smooth inner surface. Due to strengthening with a metal spiral, it has increased elasticity, while maintaining very high flexibility. European quality control during production ensures high resistance to abrasion. The PU sleeve is suitable for antistatic discharge, as well as resistant to mineral oils and chemicals.
The material is not subject to destruction under prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light.
