The rapeseed table (rapeseed harvesting device) is intended for conversion ofgrain harvesters domestic and imported harvesters for direct harvesting of rapeseed and is aggregated with augerharvesters domestic and import harvesters (from 3 m to 9 m)

Installation of the rapeseed table on the harvesters of all types of combines is very simple and does not require special tools.

Rapeseed table ensures high-quality work of the harvester with the least losses. The design of the device consists of the following main components:

— left and right sidewalls;
— finger-mounted cutting device;
— the drive of the remote cutting device by means of the rocking washer mechanism (MKSH) produced by the Simferopolselmash plant and used onharvesters "Don" and "Slavutich";
— the left active divider with a drive from the MKSH drive of the cutting apparatus of the device;
— the right active divider with a drive from the knife of the cutting apparatus of the device; — table 700 mm long;
— protective protected drive of the right active divider;
— protective guards of the drive of the cutting apparatus of the device and the left active divider;

Lateral active dividers of the rapeseed table consist of two active knives with special bean segments. The design of the drive of the dividers completely eliminates the vibration of the device during operation.

The technological process proceeds as follows. When the unit moves across the field, the vertical knives of the cutting device of the device divide the rapeseed field into strips vertically, the horizontal knife of the cutting device of the device cuts the stalks of rape horizontally, the reel brings portions of the stalks to the auger of the header, supports them at the time of cutting. The auger transports the stalks to the center of the harvester and further through the beater of the spacer into the threshing machine of the combine.
