Ke-250 cooking boiler, Cherkassy region.

Varochnyboiler is used for heating water to a boiling state and long-term cooking of the product.
This designboiler makes it possible to obtain a product of the highest quality and preserve mineral, food, taste properties and vitamins as much as possible. This is achieved by the fact that the temperature of the surface of the product and the heating medium are close to the boiling point, the difference in temperature between them is insignificant, thanks to this principle "soft" heating occurs, which does not cause the destruction of raw materials.(//tractor-service.com)
The main advantage of the boiler is that there is a "gentle" as it were indirect heating of the inner part of the vessel and the product itself. The work vessel, table and lid are made of rectangular stainless steel.
