Automatic grain sampler Ecotec LEGO with the possibility of modernization in Ecotec RAIL, Dnepropetrovsk region.

Automatic pneumatic grain sampler "Ecotec Lego" produced by the company "Ekotek Technology" LLC (Ukraine).

Automatic grain sampler on rail "Ecotec Lego" is our company's own innovative development. The main philosophy of the development and subsequent production of "Ecotec Lego" was the uninterrupted operation of the equipment in Ukrainian climatic conditions, the provision of instant service to our partners, and the further modernization of the sampler on the "ecotec rail" rail.

The algorithm of samplers with pneumatic supply/removal of the sample starts sampling only after immersion in the grain. Thus, the selected sample 100% reflects the composition and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample at any sampling depth.

*screw probesbeat the grain and grind the product, for example, wetcorn, thus screw probes are considered unreliable because a stone or some other foreign object from the field can get into the screw and the product acceptance by your enterprise will simply stop. In addition, the auger motor is not protected by anything from various climatic influences, which can lead to the failure of the motor and its subsequent replacement.

The Ecotec Lego automatic sampler is installed on one column and can be upgraded in the future to the "Ecotec railL" level (sampler on a rail).

If in the technological process of laboratory work there is a need to quickly take samples from vehicles with a long body or with atrailer it is always possible to modernize the "Ecotec Lego" sampler.

During modernization, two additional supports (columns), a rail and equipment for moving the carriage of the unit block along the rail will be installed.
