Technical characteristics:

1. Overall dimensions of the pasteurizer (WxHxD) – 2490 x 880 x 1170 mm.
2. Internal dimensions of the pasteurizer (WxHxD) – 2360 x 590 x 1030 mm.
3. The pasteurizer contains 5 perforated sheets for product layout. The diameter of the perforation is 25 mm. The gap between the sheets is 95 mm.
4. Shade block - 10 pieces of 5 sq. (maximum heating capacity - 50 kW). Shade material - stainless food steel.
5. The walls of the pasteurizer are double, 70 mm thick (thermally insulated).
6. The cover of the pasteurizer is double, 40 mm thick. (thermally insulated).
7. Cover opening - pneumatic cylinder (manufacturer "Samozzi" Italy).

9.The pump is turned on manually on the electric panel. Flows are switched with the help of layer taps:
• from pasteurizer to buffer;
• from buffer to pasteurizer;
• circulation through the pasteurizer (pasteurization mode).
10. The overall dimensions of the buffer tank are 1290 mm, height h = 1500 mm.
11. The volume of the buffer tank is 1.6 m3.
12. The material of the pasteurizer and buffer tank is stainless food steel (AISI 304).
13. Electric control cabinet - remote (mounting on the wall).
14. After setting the temperature and pasteurization time by the operator, water heating, temperature maintenance and pasteurization time are controlled automatically.
15. Draining of water from the buffer tank and pasteurizer is carried out with the help of layer taps.
